1. Shipping location

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands , where our shoes are carefully processed and packaged.


2. Processing of orders

Orders placed on weekdays and Saturdays before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day , provided the product is in stock.

Our shoes are designed for professionals who rely on comfort, quality, and precision. That's why we treat every order with the same care and attention.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next shipping day. Orders placed on Sundays may be processed; no rights can be derived from this.

If a product is not (immediately) in stock, shipping may be delayed. In that case, you will be notified as soon as possible.


3. Delivery and delivery times

Delivery is via PostNL . All delivery times we provide are indicative and are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control. This also applies to delays during peak periods.


4. Shipping destinations

We ship orders to:

  • The Netherlands

  • Belgium

  • Other countries within the European Union

All shipments take place from the Netherlands.


5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are €5.95 per order , regardless of the delivery country within the European Union.

Shipping costs are always clearly displayed during the ordering process and before completing the order.


6. Track & Trace

After shipping, you'll receive a Track & Trace code by email. This allows you to track the progress of your order via PostNL.

The operation and availability of Track & Trace are the responsibility of PostNL. You can set any delivery preferences yourself via PostNL's services.


7. Not at home when delivered

If you are not present at the time of delivery, PostNL will handle the delivery according to its own terms and conditions and delivery options. We have no control over this and accept no liability for it.


8. Damage, loss and complaints

Our products are designed for intensive professional use and are carefully packaged. Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

Any damage, incompleteness, or loss must be reported to us as soon as possible , but no later than 7 days after receipt . After this period, we reserve the right to no longer process complaints.


9. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to carrier delays, strikes, extreme weather conditions, public holidays and peak periods, we reserve the right to suspend delivery without being liable for any compensation.


10. Holidays and peak periods

During holidays, sales, and other peak periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. Deviations from standard delivery times do not entitle you to compensation.
