Returns

Sometimes an order isn't quite right. No problem—we also handle returns carefully and according to clear procedures .

1. Return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt , without giving any reason.

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to actually return the product to us.

2. Conditions for returns

To correctly process a return, the following conditions apply:

  • The shoes are undamaged , unaltered and unworn

  • The shoes have only been tried on and not worn.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging , including any labels.

  • The return shipment is sufficiently stamped

We cannot accept shoes that have been visibly worn or damaged. In that case, they will be returned to you.

3. Return procedure

Want to register a return? Follow these steps:

  1. Register your return via our returns page or customer service

  2. Pack the shoes carefully — ready for the return trip

  3. Send the package using a shipping method of your choice

We recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace , so that your return stays safely on schedule .

4. Return costs

The costs for returning an order are at your own expense , unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible , but no later than within 14 days .

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Damage or incorrect delivery

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If a product is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us as soon as possible , but no later than 7 days after receipt .

Together we will find a suitable solution.

7. Liability for returns

Until we receive the return shipment, the risk of loss or damage remains with the sender.

We are not liable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

8. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

If products have been used in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning, we reserve the right to charge a reduction in value or to refuse the return.
